As a graduate from the University of Ottawa, Caroline was set on becoming an executive in the corporate world. After living the downtown Toronto lifestyle for a few years in banking and infrastructure management, she realized it wasn’t for her – she was craving something more fulfilling and exciting.
After pursuing network marketing and being exposed to what felt like archaic marketing methods, she knew there had to be a more effective way to get in front of her market. From there, she discovered digital marketing, and the rest is history.
Today, as a Senior Account Manager at TRUEdotDESIGN, Caroline oversees the strategic marketing, branding and design of several clients. Her aptitude for open communication and problem-solving both allow her to excel in her role.
According to Caroline, “We live in a world where personalization is a must for brands to survive. Look at Netflix or Amazon for example, they are constantly personalizing the consumer experience by providing personalized offers to their users. Brands can no longer reach their target markets with generic messaging. Consumers expect personalization now more than ever, which requires brands to get to know their consumers on a more personal level than ever before.”
When she’s out of the office, Caroline loves getting active. Fitness and sports are her greatest passions. She also loves an engaging book, a good glass of wine and great adventures with friends and family.
