With a long relationship that spans over a decade, TRUEdot was retained to provide EURO with a full re-brand that would better reflect their range of innovative and inspiring products, designs and applications, as well as to position them as Ottawa’s leading importer and retail supplier of high-quality stone and tile products from around the world.

The new identity is modern and bold, appealing to their target audiences from consumers, designers and architects, to builders, and is supported by a strong new tagline “International style for today’s living”.

Where Tile Meets Fashion

True to our vision, TRUEdot recommended a design concept that would marry the look-and-feel of a luxury fashion brand with the luxurious products and exceptional customer service provided by EURO’s team. The result would be an elevated online client experience. 

Language throughout reflects a luxury fashion brand theme. For example, the “Inspiration Gallery” features the following copy “Style is a reflection of personality. Some lean towards classic, while others are drawn to a more modern approach. Then there are the trendsetters and risk takers who always opt for something completely original.”

The site features a personalized shopping experience – something you might find in a high-end, fashion-forward department store like Saks Fifth Avenue.  

Perfect Timing

This award-winning website was launched in the fall of 2019 and housed ALL SKUs offered by EURO. Not knowing about the imminent pandemic of 2020, and closure of showrooms everywhere, this robust product catalogue would allow their customers to continue to browse all products by type, colour, material, size, shape, look and finish. Users can visualize luxury spaces with features including inspiration galleries, a product catalogue and a Wishlist which allows users to select preferred products to organize projects, order samples, request a quote or share with others.
