Joti Bhuller

As the Director of Design, Joti brings a much-appreciated sense of calm to the TRUEdot design studio. In a work environment where juggling competing variables is a daily routine, her positive spirit and design leadership are enormous assets for maintaining order and productivity.

Charged with managing projects from concept through to production and delivery, Joti’s always inspired by the role that good design plays in developing solutions to business problems. “Design is powerful,” she says. “Through a balance of space, colour, font and imagery, design can help you make a decision, evoke a feeling or even change the way you live.”

When she isn’t mentoring her team or advocating for good design and UX practices, Joti loves a good impromptu road trip to discover new places.
