With over 2 years of experience in communications and digital marketing, including work across both non-profit and agency environments, Mila brings a people-first approach to everything she does at Tdot. Known for her positive energy and natural ability to connect with people, she’s a natural fit in a role that blends clients, team, and culture.

As Marketing Coordinator, Mila supports client experience, office operations, marketing and business development, and events and client relations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she thrives on learning, problem-solving, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, from planning through to execution. She loves that every day brings something new and is at her best in an environment where she can be challenged, learn on the go, and see creative ideas come to life.

Outside of the office, Mila is usually enjoying a matcha, reading a thriller, testing a new recipe, or checking out a new restaurant. She also loves staying active through pilates and long outdoor walks, usually with a podcast playing in the background.
